There’s so much going on in my life right now and it’s turning it upside down. I participated in a Live Show from my university and I will tell you more about it in another post but for now let me tell you about the Diana photo app. I’m not sure if you remember my double exposure post from a while ago. Anyways I pinned it to Pinterest and the guys from Diana App noticed it and offered me to try out their App which is all about double exposures!
Last year I took a Watercolor Class at Norwalk Community College in Connecticut. This is my first Watercolor Portrait and I’m pleased with the result. For Christmas I got a set of Watercolor paint and I’m excited to try it out. Well, after my exams in February of course. Studying keeps me very busy unfortunately.
Letztes Jahr habe ich am Norwalk Community College in Connecticut einen Aquarell Malkurs mitgemacht. Dieses ist mein erstes Aquarell Portrait. Gefaellt mir schon ganz gut.
I’m currently trying to get into street photography. It’s such a nice challenge. You have to have your settings right or otherwise the moment has passed. It’s a lot of fun and trains my eyes so much. I think it’s a good exercise for everybody who’s into photography. Try it yourself!
Grap your camera and snap away. A little Tip: Wide angled lenses are better. ( You already have a bigger depth of field) and push your ISO high in most cases a 100 is not going to do the job.
I like to turn them into Black&White. It’s easier that way to concentrate on the subject. Especially the East Village is very colorful and you don’t know where to look first.
I took this shot in the East Village of New York City while walking by. She just walked out the store to light up her cigarette.
