My lovely followers,
what is wrong with me for not posting in forever?! Seriously I’m sorry but as much as I would love to post more, work and university keep me crazy busy. Luckily my boyfriend invited me to a much needed 1 week vaca to Miami. I’ve been there once before with him for a weekend but this time we had more time and beautiful weather. And because I got to spend a whole week there I decided to find models for a photo shoot. Turns out one of my brazilian friends ( Hi Joyce!) knew two stunning brazilian girls in Miami. Lucky me! I just wanted to show you a sneek peak before I get to edit all the pics. I”m not sure if I like the color or b/w better. What do you think? 🙂
My good friend James got engaged this year and I was fortunate enough to be allowed to capture their engagement photos in my former hometown Westport, Connecticut. You can truly see how much they love each other and it’s warming my heart. I wish them all the best for the future!
While I was visiting all my firends in the States I got the chance to meet this adorable couple and to shoot their beautiful wedding. You could totally see how much they love each other. Thank you Philipp and Gayle for letting me capture your big day!
I felt a little creative today so I decided to play a bit in Photoshop. I’m really faszinated by all those double exposure pictures floating trough Pinterest. So I thought about using one of my New York pictures and a selfportrait and create the effect myself. You can create that effect in camera but also afterwars in post processing. If you like the pic and would like a Tutorial, I’m more than happy to create one 🙂
I’m missing Spring like crazy these days! Who else can’t wait to see those flowers popping up again?
As seen from the Central Park Lake. Missing the City a alot today.
The exams are finally over and I have some time to catch up on my pictures from last year. I know it’s overdue but It’s one of my New Years Resultions so I guess mid Ferbuary isn’t that bad 🙂
Here’s my favorite shot of 2012. It’s an engagement session I got to shoot from a really sweet couple with a great Story. She’s brazilian and used to be an AuPair in Connecticut. She fell in love with an American but she had to go back home because her Visa expired. After being in a long distance relationship for over a year he asked her to marry her in this State Park (Sleeping Giant State Park, CT) while she visited him. This is real movie potential! ❤
What I like most about this image is how the river reflected the sun. It’s adds a really dreamy effect.

So I found some time this weekend to look through more of my Roadtrip pictures. Before I”ll show you the actual City pics I wanted to share some Impressions from being on the Road.
